Return and exchange process

Dear customers, reliable product quality is the commitment of Shenzhen yihengxin to you! If you meet the following requirements, you have the right to return unconditionally.

      • 1. The customer must complete the sampling trial within 7 working days after receiving the goods;

      • 2. If there is a quality problem, please show the relevant inspection feedback report within 30 days, and enter the return and replacement process after Shenzhen yihengxin inspection and confirmation that there is a quality problem;

     • 3. For all products involving return and exchange, please be sure to keep the complete original packaging and cargo labels;

Please note that we cannot return goods for you in the following cases:

     • 1. Any commodity not sold by Shenzhen yihengxin;

     • 2. Quality disputes caused by untested circuit boards;

     • 3. Any used goods, except those with quality problems;

     • 4. Any goods with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage;

     • 5. If the customer has no objection to the product quality within 30 days, the default product quality fully meets the requirements.
